Education

Dhirubhai Ambani Internation Scool

International Baccalaureate

My formative years at DAIS were pivotal in shaping my interests and skills across academic, social, leadership, and sports domains. Serving as the school Head Girl, representing the school in basketball and badminton at conferences, and interacting with high performers fostered my passion for Sports, Psychology, and Leadership. The privilege of honing these interests at one of India's premier educational institutions laid a solid foundation for my continued pursuits in these fields.

Johns Hopkins University

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in

Psychology & Creative Writing

minor in Visual Arts

While at JHU, I had the invaluable opportunity to learn from distinguished professors conducting groundbreaking research in Psychology and Neuroscience. Concurrently, I enriched my practical skills by serving as a peer listener for fellow students and contributing as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Completing a double major at one of the top ten universities in the USA, with a great research and sports program, including D1 lacrosse, provided me with holistic exposure. This experience allowed me to collaborate with exceptional minds, fostering a nuanced understanding of sports, performance, and psychology from diverse perspectives.

Loughborough University

Master of Science in

Sports and Exercise Psychology

Loughborough, consistently ranked as the top university globally for sports-related subjects over the past eight years, provided an unparalleled academic journey. Throughout my master's program, I gained valuable insights from professors actively engaged in real-time collaborations with Olympians, CEOs, and high-performing individuals, including military personnel. This experience allowed me not only to absorb theoretical knowledge but also to interact with some of the nation's premier athletes. Additionally, I volunteered as a peer counsellor, extending support to both students and student-athletes, further enriching my practical understanding of the intersection of psychology and high-performance environments.
